After growing up in Nesconset and being an active member of her community, Rachel plans, organizes and executes all of our chamber's events and values. As president, Rachel works hard towards enabling the chamber to work for its members & community as you've come to expect from this great organization. Rachel is also a licensed Real Estate Agent with HomeSmart on Long Island, specializing in Nesconset and Smithtown!

FRANK SCAGLUSO

Frank S. Scagluso is an attorney who has worked in private law practices since 1984. In 1992, Mr. Scagluso started his own law practice in Smithtown, New York, where he continues to practice law, representing international and local businesses, and local individuals in all aspects of law. Court Admissions include the New York State Bar, the Supreme Court of the United States, the International Court of Trade, United States Court for Military Justice, the Eastern and Southern Districts of the State of New York, and the Appellate Court for the Federal Circuit
MATT KELLY
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Matt Kelly is a dedicated community leader with a strong background in nonprofit leadership, event planning, and technical theatre. In addition to serving as Executive Director of the Nesconset Chamber of Commerce, Matt is actively involved with several local organizations including the Smithtown Children’s Foundation, the Smithtown Sunrise Rotary, the Kiwanis Club of Smithtown-St. James, and other community service nonprofits. He is also a proud employee of the Smithtown Central School District, where he supports school operations and gives back through various student and community programs. Matt is passionate about building connections and creating opportunities that strengthen Nesconset and the greater Smithtown area.
